Refund policy

 We offer a 30-day money back guarantee when you purchase items on our site. If you are unhappy for any reason, you can email us at contact@tenacitydrip.com with the subject line: RETURN REQUEST and include the order number you'd like refunded in the message.

We will then process a return label which will then be emailed to the email you ordered with. You will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred by your return. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any items purchased on sale are final and nonrefundable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. Once processed, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. This depends on the bank, but most customers receive their refund within 2-5 business days.
